With 20 years of commercial leasing expertise, Lori understands the unique challenges facing the market and can help you capitalize on opportunities. With a focus on service, relationships and solutions, Lori takes care of her clients to ensure they realize the best results.
Lori began her career as a commercial real estate broker at a boutique real estate firm in Calgary, acting exclusively in a tenant advisory capacity. Following an opportunity to join a Fortune 500 brokerage, Lori developed additional experience representing tenants and landlords on significant mandates and multi-market assignments. Lori subsequently served as Leasing Director for a private landlord/developer gaining critical insight into the industrial, office, land and retail markets from an ownership perspective.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary and an Executive MBA with a specialty in Real Estate Leadership from the University of Fredericton.
Supporting Calgary’s commercial real estate community is important to Lori; she is a long standing CREW member and served as President of the Calgary chapter in 2019. She is honoured to be the first Canadian to receive the CREW Network Entreprenerial Spirit Impact Award in 2021, open to 11,000+ members across Canada, the US and the UK.
In her spare time, you'll find her with her husband Bennett and two teen sons - usually on the way to a baseball practice, game or tournament.

Laurae believes that every tenant, landlord, purchaser and vendor should have representation throughout each negotiation to ensure their best interests are managed. Her passion is client satisfaction and is proud to be part of a team that is on a mission to breathe new life into commercial real estate brokerage.

Laurae began her career in 2007 with a boutique real estate firm in Calgary specializing in the industrial asset class. Following an opportunity to join the landlord side of the business in 2010, Laurae began a tenure that included experience with two national institutional landlords including a publicly-traded REIT, in-house real estate department of a national communications company, and most recently a private developer of AAA-class industrial product on behalf of pension fund owners.
Since 2007, Laurae has negotiated over 450 lease and sale transactions ranging from 1,500 to 416,000 square feet. Her experience allows an understanding of the varying motivations of all parties in a real estate negotiation. Laurae's goal is to understand client needs and maximize value.
Holding a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge that included an exchange overseas, this afforded Laurae with a global perspective in her formal education. Volunteerism is important to Laurae's life. Currently she is past Chair and currently serves on the Mentorship Committee of CREW Calgary.

As Manager, Corporate Services Tracy oversees Scout’s administration, accounting, and operations, ensuring seamless support for our clients and Scout’s business processes.
With over 25 years of Business Administration experience, and 18 years supporting a Fortune 500 commercial real estate brokerage, Tracy is adept at developing systems and procedures to ensure a smooth-running operation. She is well-versed in RECA rules and regulations, Fintrac, and financial trust requirements.
She holds a Commissioner of Oaths certificate and has completed several courses in office administration.
Tracy has an excellent reputation in the commercial real estate industry, well known for taking good care of her clients, coworkers and industry peers.
In her personal time Tracy and her husband, Neil, enjoy spending time with their much loved dog, Brew.
