With 23 years of commercial real estate expertise, Lori understands the Calgary market landscape and can help you capitalize on opportunities. With a focus on service, relationships and solutions, Lori takes care of her clients to ensure they realize the best results.

Lori began her career as a commercial real estate broker at a boutique real estate firm in Calgary, acting exclusively in a tenant advisory capacity. Following an opportunity to join a Fortune 500 brokerage, Lori developed additional experience representing tenants and landlords on significant mandates and multi-market assignments. Lori subsequently served as Leasing Director for a private landlord/developer gaining critical insight into the industrial, office, land and retail markets from an ownership perspective.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary and an Executive MBA with a specialty in Real Estate Leadership from the University of Fredericton. 

She is the proud recipient of CREW Network's Entrepreneurial Spirit Impact Award in 2021, CREW Calgary's Breakthrough Start-Up Award in 2023,  and Connect CRE's Top Women in Commercial Real Estate in the Prairies in 2023.  She enjoys building strong business connections and is currently serving as Chair of the International Women's Forum - Calgary Chapter.  

Lori loves spending her spare time with her husband, Bennett and two sons talking baseball or watching a great game!

Brody Wyatt is a Calgary-based commercial real estate advisor specializing in office leasing and tenant representation with additional expertise in landlord advisory.

Brody works with businesses and organizations to help them make informed decisions about their office space from evaluating their current lease and negotiating with landlords to identifying new locations that better align with their business, budget, and long-term goals.

His approach is straightforward: understand the client's objectives, provide clear market insight, and create leverage throughout the real estate process. Rather than simply finding available space, Brody focuses on understanding the broader business considerations behind a real estate decision and developing a strategy around them.

With a strong focus on Calgary's office market, Brody brings a hands-on approach to every assignment and works closely with clients through market analysis, property tours, negotiations, and lease execution.
